We Are Growing!
Due to continued strong sales and exciting growth opportunities, Pentaflex has embarked on a two year investment strategy to make sure we have the equipment and facilities to deliver quality components to our customers on time. Last year we installed two new Aida Servo Presses to be able to utilize the latest in Press technology. This year we have installed a large bed 1600 ton press with an underground scrap conveyor. We have also started construction on a 20,000 square foot expansion of our manufacturing floor space. Our additional space will accommodate Pentaflex’s growing assembly operations, additional shipping docks, finished goods and work in process storage and have room for future press capacity. We anticipate that the press will be operational and the addition completed by the end of the year.

Twenty three years, where did they go?
Today we wished our friend and colleague Kent Swayne our very best for a happy retirement after working at Pentaflex for twenty three years. Kent started with the company in 1993 and has been an invaluable member of our Staff as the Facilities and Safety manager for Pentaflex. Kent has played an crucial role in every major expansion or machinery installation that we have undertaken in the past twenty years. Kent is also the unselfish guy who took the phone calls from third shift, or on the holiday when unforeseen circumstances arose as those of us in manufacturing know can happen every now and again. Kent’s blunt assessment of situations and his wry wit will be sorely missed here at Pentaflex. We none the less wish Kent and his wife Marilyn the very best as they start this next part of their lives.
